We will email you a tracking number for your parcel. The tracking number will give an indication of approximate delivery times.

Should you need to return your parcel please telephone us on 01292 475075 and we will supply you with a Returns address and a number to help us deal with your return quickly. You can return your item for exchange or refund until the 16th January or 30days from the invoice date, whichever is the longer period of time.
